BlogMad Terms of Use

Note: Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate suspension of your account and black listing of your blogs' addresses and email addresses

By joining BlogMad you agree to abide by all terms and conditions as set out below

• BlogMad is a Blog Traffic service. The following sites and types of sites are not welcome.
  

1. Foreign Blogs - regretfully at this time BlogMad cannot allow non English blogs into our rotation as our user base is mainly English speaking.
2. Spam Blogs - Blogs that have been put in place to entice visitors or search engines.
3. Commercial Sites - Sites that sell services, products or other tangible or non tangible items for a profit
4. Link Farms - Sites that have no purpose other than to entice reciprocal linking
5. Pornographic Blog - Blogs that are too sexual in nature will not be accepted. Nudity is fine as long as the Blog is placed within the adult category
6. Ad blogs - Similar to a spam blog but a blog that contains only ads or referral links to associate programs, this includes ads for services and /or games or gaming sites that are unrelated to blogging. This also includes lotteries, casinos, keno games, giveaways, vouchers or competitions not related to blogging as well as recommendations for personal (financial) gain..
7. Google Ad Blogs - While we have no problem with people that have Google Ads or any ads on their blogs, the blogs should NOT be for the sole purpose of promoting click throughs for your Google Ads. Nor should your content be based purely around high paying Google Ad words.
8. Promotional blogs - Blogs that serve to promote services not related to blogging. (We dont care if you promote competitive services on your blog, just as long as you are serving the blogging community by promoting FREE services that are related to blogging. Advertising paid for services for blogging within your blog is allowed, but not if the basis for your blog is purely for advertising that paid for service.)
9. Blogs that promote or are set up to recruit members for home based businesses and or MLM's (Amway, Mary Kay etc) are not welcome.
10. Perverse Blogs - Blogs that cater for perversions such as bestiality or necrophilia
11. Blogs that have excessive links to porn sites.
12. Frame Breakers - Blogs that contain scripts to breakout of frames
13. Hate Blogs - Blogs that encite violence, hate or prejudice
14. Illegal Activies - Blogs or sites that encourage illegal activities such as hacking or piracy
15. Blogs that attempt to install anything on users' computers ( trojans, malware, spyware, virii )
16. Blogs that contain scripts that attempt to open programs on the local machine of the user.
17. Blogs that contain Music Videos or other audio that Auto Load (be considerate and rather have a play button on your video.)
18. Blogs and only Blogs are allowed in our rotation - while we don't mind you advertising a free blogging service on your blog, we do not allow the blogging service site to be in our rotation as it is not a blog.

• Selling additional credits for cash gain is prohibited. If you are caught selling your credits your account will be terminated and all credits will be revoked
• Only 1 account per user - If you are found with more than 1 account, all accounts will be terminated without warning and your credits revoked
• Spamming users is prohibited. Spamming the ShoutBox is prohibited. Spamming the forums is prohibited.
• Abuse of the shoutbox and or mailing systems and or private messenging service is strictly prohibited.
• Abuse of other users is strictly prohibited and users who insult, abuse or make any derogatory comments towards another member's creed, race or religion will have their accounts immediately deleted. No refunds will apply.
• The Kinetiq Web Movement will attempt to protect the users and their information and will do so with any means necessary.
• The Kinetiq Web Movement will undertake to remove abusive users who invade other user's privacy or users who abuse other users.
• The forums may be used to request blog reviews. You are welcome to participate in discussions and have a link to your blog in your signature on the forums so as to get backlinks, however linking to non blog sites or spam blogs or comercial sites from your forum signature is highly prohibited
• Click fraud - Any user found to be abusing any loopholes to gain credits, such as using multiple sessions, will have their accounts terminated without warning and all credits revoked.Any user found distributing exploits will also be removed.
• Valid Emails - Your account will require a valid email address. Please see our privacy policy with regard to email addresses.
• All images on the BlogMad site are the property of Blogmad. They may be used freely for marketing purposes only.
• All images submitted to BlogMad become the property of BlogMad.

BlogMad reserves the right to suspend any accounts under investigation without prior notice.
