Q. What is Blogmad.net?
A. BlogMad.net is a blogger's fun site. It's an evolutionary traffic exchange taken to the next level which focusses on teaching and helping people get the most from their blogs and makes blogging fun! While Blogmad has a light hearted approach to blogging, its a very serious operation.
Q. How Does BlogMad work?
A. Bloggers earn credits by surfing other member's blogs and are rewarded with credits.
The credits are then used to purchase traffic back to their own blogs or can also be used to play different games on the site.
Bloggers
can use all the various features of blogmad to boost traffic to their blogs.
The site is jam packed full of games and other fun things all which allow bloggers to use their credits to wager against other bloggers to win more credits.

Q. I dont have a blog, will you provide for me?
A. BlogMad does not have any blogging facilities but we invite you to register an account at http://chill.vault9.net where you are entitled to a free blog.
Q. Is BlogMad a blog search engine ?
A. While BlogMad does have a search facility that allows one to search through member's blogs, its not just a blog search engine.
Q. How much does it cost to be a member at BlogMad.net ?
A. Zero. Zip. Nada. Zilch. Gratis. Its absolutely FREE to join BlogMad.

Q. I just signed up and am unable to login!
A. You need to check your email and validate your account. The email sent to you will have all the instructions
required...
Q. Is my password safe with you?
A. All of the passwords stored in our database are run through a one way hash before being stored. That means
that even if someone was to get the Blog Mad user database (which is not internet accessible) they would not be
able to read the passwords...
Q. Is my information safe with you?
A. As per our privacy policy your information is safe with us. We will not sell or disclose your personal information or email address to any 3rd party companies or entities. The BlogMad cookies are not aggressive information harvesting cookies, but instead are used for session details as well as site preference saving. Some information is purely for statisctical purposes and the collective is used, such as age groups, location etc. The security of your information is also of prime concern to BlogMad and strict measures have been put into place to prevent any access to our database by any means. Hell, not even the admins know your password.
Accounts and blogs
Q. How many Blogs can I have on Blog Mad ?
A. Up to 4 per account.
Q. What is a platinum account?
A. A platininum account is an upgraded account based around the standard free account. It costs $20 p/a. With the Platinum account you are allowed more than 4 blogs. You also get more credits per referral, additional bonuses, plus a host of other services.

Q. I don't have a blog but can I register and use my conventional site instead?
A. Unfortunately not. Blog Mad is geared solely for blogs. We will be looking at a conventional site trafficking service in the future.
Q. How can I delete my account?
A. In your UCP under Account Settings is a link that says Delete Account. This will remove all your blogs and your credits will be lost and become null and void. Your email address will also be removed from our database.
Q. Are there any limitations?
A. No Porn or any blog that promotes any kind of illegal activity.
Nudity is allowed as long as its not people having intercourse, or overly distasteful.
Credits where it's at
Q. Can I transfer my credits to my friend?
A. yes you can however you cannot have less than 25 credits after transferring.
This is to discourage fraud.
Q. Can I buy credits?
A. Not yet but its definitely a plan for the future.
Q. How many credits can I earn each day?
A. There is no amount to the number of credits that can be earned per day. With bonuses and games you can make quite a few credits in a day.
Q. How can I earn credits?
A. Simply by clicking on the SURF link and surfing other people's blogs. You will recieve 1 credit/s per blog!
Context Sensitive Help
Q. What is Context Sensitive Help?
A. Context Sensitive Help is a system where theres a help page within almost every single page on blogmad.net save for 1 or 2.
Meaning that no matter where you may be on the site help will always be 1 click away.
Q. How do I access Contect Sensitive Help?
A. At the top right of every page is
small blue book with a question mark on it. Clicking it will take you to the help page for the page that you are on.
Q.Which pages do not have context sensitive help?
The VARB random blogs page and the surfbar.
Live Help
Q. What is Live Help?
A. Live Help is the availability of help at the click of a link. As long as a supportperson is available to assist you, you will be able to get live help.
BlogMad plain and simple
Q. What kind of bonuses are there?
A. You get a signup bonus of 25 credits for signing up as well as 1 credit/s for every referral you get to sign up using your referrer code.
There is also an escalating bonus for every surfer level you reach.
You also get additional level bonuses every time you reach a new fighter class in the blogwars game.
There are also random bonuses which appear while you are surfing other blogs.
Q. What is a surfer level ?
A. A progression of levels that come with rewards. The higher you go, the greater the rewards. They are attained by surfing a certain amount of blogs.
Q. What are the different surfer levels?

Q. What is a fighter class level ?
A. Fighter classes are basically different levels in the blogwars game that based on number of wins. You get a bonus everytime you acieve a new fighter class level. They also help prevent newbies from getting picked on by more experienced fighters. A fighter may only accept a challenge from someone in his own class or higher, but not lower thus preventing someone with 300 wins from accepting a fight against someone with 4 wins.
Q. How are Blogs listed in the directory?
A. Randomly in each category. Everytime the page is refreshed the list is dynamically created so that no preference is given to any blogs. Ever.
Q. How safe is my information with BlogMad?
A. We take people's privacy very seriously. Your information will never be sold or given to 3rd parties. Only aggregate information will be analyzed but no personal's details including your email will ever be given out. Please see out Privacy Policy for more information.
Q. What gives BlogMad the edge over other blog trafficking sites?
A. The group behind BlogMad control a network of sites that display millions of webspages a month. You can exchange credits for banners to be displayed on these sites and get even more readers from a different spectrum altogether.
Q. Why dont people click my banners?
A. Mostly because you need a fresh idea. Most people switch off to banners unless you have a HOT fresh idea. Feel free to go take a look through our free banner making section for an eye catching customizable banner.
Q. I know that I have more referrals but they are not showing up. Why?
A. Your referrals need to activate their accounts after signing up and log into the site in order for them to show up on your list.
Q. Can I have more than 1 account?
A. No. We are strict about this, you may have 4 blogs to your account but not more than 1 account. A blog may not belong to more than one account so its pointless trying to bypass the system. Anyone found to be trying to fool the system will have their accounts deleted, their credits revoked and their blogs blacklisted.
Q. I have an idea for BlogMad. What do I do?
A. Use the email form to email us your ideas. If we can use your idea in anyway we'll repay you with 100 credits.
BlogFusion the program
Q. What is Blogfusion?
A. Blogfusion is a rewards program for promoting our network of sites. We have a host of banners and buttons that you can use to put on your blog, in your forum signatures, other websites, in your email signatures etc. When someone clicks on your blogfusion banner or link you earn points which can then be traded in for prizes which range from banner impressions to credits to even discounts off BlogMad T shirts and more! The more of our sites you direct traffic to, the more points you get the more prizes you score.
Q. Can I have more than 1 Blogfusion link?
A. Absolutely! You can have as many Blogfusion links, buttons and banners as you want. There are quite a few different websites in the Vault9 Network so you have a wide variety of buttins and banners to choose from.
Q. What are the different BlogFusion prizes?
A. Go to BlogFusion and click on prizes.
Q. I don't like the available list of banners and buttins for blogfusion, can I use my own?
A. BlogMad is all about choice. You are free to create and use your own. You can use our banner, avatar and button creators to create your own.
Q. Do people need to sign up in order for me to get Blogfusion points?
A. Not at all. You will still qualify for the 10 credit referral bonus if someone signs up through you but you also get a blogfusion point every time someone clicks your blogfusion link. Your Blogfusion referrer link and your blogmad referrer link are the same.

A. On the page where you found the bug, click the bug reporting icon in the top right of your screen.
Q. My bug has already been reported, what now?
A. You can check the status of the bug, we will update the bug's info page with our progress on getting it resolved.
Q. My bug is new, what now?
A. Fill in the form on the bug reporting page giving as much information as possible, the more you give us the easier it is to resolve the problem.
